We built the product from the ground up – end-to-end, fully owned and delivered.

At Newsoft we provided a full suite of services that covered every stage of the product lifecycle for MedPal. We were responsible for building the product from the ground up, leading every phase from discovery and design to engineering and final delivery. We defined the product vision, shaped user journeys, built the architecture, and designed an interface that is both intuitive and purposeful.

We began with full-cycle Product Discovery, where we analyzed the market, identified user needs, and created a clear roadmap for development. We then developed the complete brand identity – from visual language to product personality – ensuring that MedPal looked modern, trustworthy, and consumer-focused from the very beginning.

We designed and implemented AI-driven features, including personalized health insights, an AI-powered wellness expert chat, and smart recommendations.

These features help users better understand their wellbeing and make informed lifestyle decisions. MedPal became not just a data aggregator, but a proactive wellbeing companion powered by AI.

Our UI/UX team designed both the mobile and web experiences, creating clear data visualizations, intuitive user flows, and a seamless interface that makes complex health information easy to navigate. From there, our engineers delivered cross-platform development, transforming strategy, design, and AI-powered logic into a high-performing product ready for real users. Beyond the core product, we also supported MedPal’s market presence through marketing design and communication materials.
