We built a premium BeautyTech mobile application from the ground up.

LYMA is a UK-based luxury wellness brand developing clinically-backed laser devices, premium supplements, and advanced skincare products.

To elevate the customer experience, we partnered with LYMA to design and build the mobile application from scratch — taking full ownership of the product across design, engineering, and delivery, aligned with the brand’s premium positioning and focused on delivering measurable, data-driven value.

We built the app as a personalized wellness companion, guiding users through daily routines, tracking skin health with AI-powered analysis, and maintaining engagement across the full 30-day treatment cycle. Our team led the product from an initial 2-week Discovery phase through ongoing development, including US market expansion supported by region-aware infrastructure.

We designed, built, and launched a production-grade mobile product — fully owned from infrastructure to user experience.

Starting from MVP, we established a complete technical foundation across mobile, backend, and cloud infrastructure, enabling a fast and stable product launch. As the product evolved, we expanded it into a fully featured platform — introducing advanced analytics, scan comparisons, dynamic content management, and deeper personalization mechanics. At the same time, we supported LYMA’s international growth by building a dual-region architecture, launching a dedicated US infrastructure, and enabling seamless user data migration between regions.

A cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product specialists operated in fast, iterative cycles — delivering new functionality every two weeks, validating it with stakeholders, and continuously refining the product based on real usage and feedback.  We worked as an embedded product partner, aligning closely with LYMA’s team and taking ownership not just of delivery, but of product direction and long-term scalability.
